First animation (sucks)

I know this is extremely short and sucks very bad but still I learned a lot about animation when doing this ( like that it's a pain in the ass )and for some reason the frames move a little slow when i uploaded it, it worked fine on the Photoshop I wonder why? However the one thing I like about this piece of trash is the character design it was originally made for a challenge a friend made witch was for me to do my own naruto OC but after looking at him I decided it was too good like for it to go to waste.

Also I added as little shading as possible cause shading all the frames would take someone with my skills a lifetime.

Well if you have any sort of tips feel free too tell them (it shouldn’t be hard with all the mistakes I made XD)
